We exist to turn real, verifiable climate performance into regulated, bankable assets by combining rigorous methodologies, AI-enabled MRV and a fully compliant registry framework that prevents double counting and meets emerging global standards
Our Vision
Our vision is to become the world’s reference institution for regulated, high-integrity carbon – the place where emerging global standards, sovereign policy and institutional capital meet.
As Article 6, CORSIA and other compliance frameworks mature, the world will need more than voluntary offsets and fragmented registries; it will need a trusted, supervised financial institution built on science-first, sovereign-aligned carbon.
The Carbon Foundation is designed to fill that role: a fully compliant infrastructure where every unit is rated (AAA), traceable, and defensible to regulators, governments and markets alike.
Our purpose is to turn climate performance into a recognised, regulated asset class that underpins the net zero economy.
By combining rigorous methodologies, AI-enabled dMRV, sovereign-grade registries and bankable financial products, we create a single pathway from project data to compliant credit to institutional balance sheet.
In doing so, we aim to lead globally not by marketing volume, but by setting the benchmark for integrity, transparency and financial discipline in carbon – proving that the deepest climate impact is achieved when science, law and capital are engineered to work together.
